Steps for Application
( 1 ) Register for an account with Parents email ID.
( 2 ) Click on login button and login with your registered email and password.
( 3 ) Click on Fill up Application Form
( 4 ) During filling up the Application Form, keep ready with the Soft Copy (JPG/JPEG) of Birth
Certificate of the Candidate, Aadhaar Card of Parent’s and coloured passport size photo of
candidates and parents (both).
( 5 ) Fill Up the Application Form
( 6 ) Click on the Submit and preview
( 7 ) After rectification (if any) click on final submit
( 8 ) Make the payment online.
( 9 ) You will get a payment confirmation mail from the school authority after successful
payment made.
( 10 ) The submission of your application form will be accepted by the school authority only
after the successful payment for the application form of Rs. 500/- latest by 15/09/2020,
otherwise the application form will be treated as cancelled.
( 11 ) You will get all the information regarding Assessment date/time schedule in your
registered email.ID and also in the School Website : www.hariyanavidyamandir.org.
